Dr.-Ing. Hartmut Ziegler
CEO of the company,
did his PhD thesis at the Institute of Urban and Transportation Planning at the RWTH Aachen University where he was responsible for signal control concept and design, traffic planning and research projects in an engineering office in Baden-Württemberg. Afterwards he worked as head of branch office for HB-Verkehrsconsult in Aachen.

Dr.-Ing. Thorsten Kathmann
CEO of the company,
was employed as scientific assistant at the Institute of Highway Engineering in Aachen, he worked as a leading engineer at HB-Verkehrsconsult being responsible for traffic data and traffic safety.
Team
Currently our senior management team consists of Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Hartmut Ziegler and Managing Director Dr.-Ing. Thorsten Kathmann. We employ seven traffic engineers, eight software developers and five technicians and clerks. In addition we are supported by student assistants from the RWTH Aachen University (Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule) as well as from the FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule Aachen). Furthermore we offer an apprenticeship training position for a mathematic-technical-software developer.
We also enable students to write their bachelor or master thesis in our company. Additionally we offer the opportunity for students to do a practical training.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a student assistant to help us work on interesting projects. This can also lead to bachelor’s or master’s theses if you are interested.
Internship
Shaping the transportation of tomorrow with us! Sustainability, climate change, mobility transition – under this headline, we would like to invite students to get to know our fields of activity as part of taster days or internships.
