Software-As-A-Service
If you wish, we can accompany you through all phases of software development, from specification and tendering to implementation, training, operation and ongoing support, operational monitoring and maintenance.
We are pleased to support you in the following areas:
- Identification of digitisation potentials (“brainstorming”)
- Requirements engineering / development of demands up to the formal, tenderable specification
- Advice on the contractual design of tenders (EVB-IT etc.)
- Technical evaluation of offers
In the area of actual software development, we cover the entire spectrum:
- Development processes tailored to the client and project, from “waterfall” to “agile”.
- Implementation & technical documentation
- Closed source or open source
After completion of the software:
- Installation / commissioning
- Training & technical documentation
- Support
- Operational monitoring
- Current maintenance (updates)
In terms of content, our focus is on software for the automated processing and preparation of traffic data. We support workflows in processing and further use, especially through various web applications and interfaces for data transfer between different systems. Their implementation is done with established frameworks Symfony (PHP) and MariaDB (SQL) in the backend and React (Javascript & Typescript) in the frontend, but also Java. Our map displays are based on OpenStreetMaps and the OpenLayers API by default, but we can also integrate other sources upon customer request.
Our particular strength lies in the combination of technical expertise in the fields of transport and software. We know and understand our clients’ requirements beyond the specification.
Many of our clients therefore opt for a complete package of software and data processing: we process a wide variety of input data and provide processing and evaluation options as “software-as-a-service”.
Through this approach, we have already successfully established our two central software products of road safety screening and web-based traffic data management internationally in recent years.
